With five years of experience as an ICU nurse, she possesses an extraordinary attention to detail and a proactive approach to child safety. Currently advancing her expertise in Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) at NorQuest College, Shikha integrates her background in Autism Studies to ensure our environment is truly inclusive for all learning needs. She is passionate about creating a nurturing space where every child feels confident to explore.
